English Translation
In the following years, the Nusko, after which the house had already been the owner four times, has sued the district court in Pisek for a claim on this raised and citizen's nest of Wäll.-Birken, who has already died. The district court dismissed the action of the Nüsko on 6.3. l935 and sentenced Nusko to pay the court costs in the amount of 2,906 crowns. As far as the information given by the Nusko in its application is concerned, the latter are also unreserved and lacks any basic situation. It can be said, in summary, that the Nuko is dissatisfied with itself and the world as a result of its state of affairs, and openly intends to bring complaints to the authorities and services. The Nusko makes a depraved impression and does not enjoy a good reputation, moreover, they do not have much in mind with the work and only occasionally work with individual farmers. In view of the fact that the Nusko is an old and needed woman who is only limited in capacity to work,it should be possible to consider granting a small pension to Nusko by the community outside of the free dwelling in the poor house, since she cannot earn her living from the rent alone.
