Execution, 1 photocopy, 1 note. ele Obersectionsrat Dr. Mario von Helversen-Helsheim was heard for the first time on 12 September 1984 for the accompanying translation of the report incriminating him. H. explained at the time that he did not know the report at all and did not write it. Some parts of the report were known to him, since it was a language that was often spoken in the Berlin embassy or in the protocol department of the Czechoslovak Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and he supported his claims by the following 6+E evidence: 1. had he not worked for the Czechoslovakian embassy in Berlin but in Prague, 2. In order to clarify the matter even further, the Czech original of the translation was procured in the interim from the archives of the former Czechoslovak Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Photocopy of the Czech Original is included. The report bears the head "Dr. Helversen" and is marked on page 5 with the signum Dr. Helversens (not, as indicated in the accompanying translation, Dr. Jina's). $\2- 10 3 d / 141
