5a -2 - About H-Hauptsturmführer Kelber-aei-on me the question has been raised whether his (P.'s) salary payment is also secured for the time of his employment and as it stands with the so-called compensations. I would have given him (P.) in the same way the clear instruction that he would continue to receive his full salary and that this was agreed upon by me with the minister; however, it was unacceptable that he should accept further remunerations etc., since these would have been justified at best for the time of his reasonable titence by Minister Moravec. Despite this clear instruction, he (P.) would have managed to persuade the Minister not only to continue paying his monthly expenses compensation in the amount of RM 350, but also to obtain that his monthly cigarette allocation of 200 pieces would continue. 1.) Be unsustainable and in no way objectively justifiable for a German beant. 2.) If he had been able to be given sums not due by a Czech, he would have been able. 3.) As so far as Minister Moravec's supervisor, he knew exactly that he was capitalizing on such personal matters. The latter had also happened, and I should have already heard that the minister was very surprised at this request by Father's. In conclusion, I explained to all that, because of these incidents, I no longer see myself able to stand still to my original plan of an SD-Binsatz. Such an award is a special award and I cannot accept the responsibility that P, behave correctly in other foreign-völkish areas as an l-man and do honor to the SD-lead section of Prague. I would inform Dsher H-Sturm- bannführer Wolf of my decision and make another decision about his (P.'s) personal use. 54485
