86 -2 - depends on the actions of the Reich's organs. It is not possible to represent all that the government has at its heart, therefore it is limited to certain things which are most important at the moment: 1.) The decree of the Führer and Reich Chancellor of the 16th century. According to the government, autonomy established on March 1, 1939 means that the exercise of the state authority of the Protectorate is in the hands of the bodies of the protectorate. It is quite natural that the organs of the empire have far-reaching control and control over the activities of the government and its organs. However, if the Czech people are to be convinced that it is administered by the autonomous organs of the Protectorate, then, in the view of the government, it must be seen that the traffic of the official factors with the population is exclusively limited to the autonomous official organs. The state that has developed recently, however, is often in conflict with the situation just mentioned. The Reich officials in the district main teams, whose authority to supervise the government, as mentioned, is quite natural, often do not limit themselves solely to this their broadcast, as Secretary of State Stuckart has also expressly shouted at in his recent rally, but they intervene directly in administrative annoyances, which exclusively involve the Czech population. The police bodies of the Reich also take imme sary steps towards the Czech peoples to make use of the help of the autonomous police organs at times. It is understandable that the differences between the German organs and, in particular, between the police of our usual kind often occur in V, the ignorance of the language and the milieu, which often leads to little and deplorable friction between the arrivals, the consequences of which are further extremely undesirable for the development of things. It is also difficult for a number of officials of the Protectorate to be detained by German institutions for acts which they carried out in the performance of their duties before 1 5 March l939.
