- 5 - The defendant has finally committed her crime by exploiting the particular circumstances and circumstances caused by the state of war, the particular reprehensibility of which, according to a healthy sense of the people, requires the exceeding of the regular penal framework. In order to realize her purpose as a political imposter, she has consciously charged herself with the fact that the increased defense of the empire against political criminals during the war would necessarily entail an increase in the number of prisoners of protection and concentration camp prisoners under the special conditions of the Protectorate. On this basis, she built up her plan to specialize in the area of interventions for prisoners for political reasons. The war-related hardship of this defense struggle against Czech resistance groups and subversive secret actions justified her plans. It has therefore exploited the extraordinary war conditions in the Protectorate, which made the imposition of protective detention increasingly necessary for the maintenance of the internal order. After the unscrupulous and profit-seeking incitement to action, after the immensely cunning, cold-hearted and brutal attitude to sadism, but also after the unusually large extent of the damage inflicted on their victims and the immaterial damage caused by the shaking of the confidence of the population, their overall behaviour is so reprehensible that the normal penal framework is not enough to atone for their crimes. She has characterized herself by the act as a parafite personality of the worst kind. She only knows her personal well-being and is abholden by all human ties within the framework of a moral order.
