After the unscrupulous and profit-seeking incitement to action, after the immensely cunning, cold-hearted and brutal attitude to sadism, but also after the unusually large extent of the damage inflicted on their victims and the immaterial damage caused by the shaking of the confidence of the population, their overall behaviour is so reprehensible that the normal penal framework is not enough to atone for their crimes. She has characterized herself by the act as a parafite personality of the worst kind.She only knows her personal well-being and is abholden by all human ties within the framework of a moral order.
