b/ - 2 - Restraints which are limited in time /for the longest time to the duration of 6 months/ may be reduced for work-related reasons, in order to give the affected company the possibility of a replacement force in the meantime. All suitable forces are distributed by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour to the national employment offices in the Reich. The obligation notice, indicating the departure date, will be handed over to the obliged party in person. Until a few months ago, the obligation notice and departure date were between 5 to 1 days. As part of the action of recording the vintages 192l/22, the transports were fixed in such a way that the ones pre-loaded in the morning already the next, often even on the same day, had to start the journey into the Reich. Thus, hardships for the service-obligants were often not to be avoided. In many cases, this short period of time also caused organisa- torical defects in the carrying out of the transports. The transports are compiled at the branches, e.g. at the station of the departure point. Everyone receives a catering package either at the branch or at the collection station in Prague. From the branch office of the employment office, a Beanter will normally travel with him to Prague and deliver the partial transport in Prague to the transport guide for a transfer certificate. Here, the travel lists with a pass and the other documents such as double the medical certificate, service obligation notice, etc. will be handed over to the carrier. The transport guides are finally provided by the employment offices, partly also by the enterprises in the Reich, since the employment posts of the Pro- tectorate are the transport escort by decree. Exceptions require a permit. The handling of the transport trains with the workers takes place regularly in Prague at the central station. The average departure times are between 23 and 24 o'clock. Officials from the city area of Prague are very often ordered to the main train station, where they have to arrive two hours before the departure of the train. On the platform, the composition and distribution of service obligations on the wagons is then carried out by the employment office and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour.
