I would like to inform you that the previous name "Czechoslovak Church" is changed to "Czech National Church" /česká národní církev/. This change in the name does not affect the rights and obligations of the Church, which therefore remain undiminished, since the legal subject remains the same. It is simply the name of the Subiect. The change of name becomes final immediately, when the Ministry of Education and People's Culture becomes aware of it. We ask the Lord Reich Protector to cooperate for this purpose. The change will be submitted to the Ecclesiastical Council for approval.
