Subject: Legionaries of German nationality working in the protectorate administration. 1.1' A k t e n v e r m e r k: The protectorate staff was granted a one-off extraordinary contribution in 1994 to Weihnachten, with the exception of legionaries. By letter dated 16.4.1942, No. II - 7-4oo-5, the Finanz Group asked the Secretary of State whether legionaries of German nationality should also be excluded from the grant of the contribution. On 5 May 1942, the Undersecretary of State ordered that the German nationality of the ca. 65 legionaires notified by the Finanz group be reviewed. The review has been delayed by the transition of the Oberlandrat's operations to the Land President's Administration of the Reichsauftragsverwaltung (Reichsverzeichnissverordnung).
