25 - 3 - in 1943, in my circular of March 1, 1943 - A/2 5200/43 - were issued. 2./ In the task of steering and caring for the female labour input, as I have already expressed in my round release of November 2, 1942 - A I- 5l03/42 - must share employment placement and career guidance. Young people's career guidance must be aimed at providing suitable jobs for young women to an even greater extent than in the previous year. In turn, the necessary young people must be provided for domestic and agricultural activities. In addition, it is particularly suitable for use by young people in the field of clothing, textiles and food, the manufacture of tobacco, paper and cardboard, light metal work and precision engineering. 3./ As already stated in my circular of 2 November 1942 - A I - 5l03/42 - the employment of adults is not only a placement task, but a design problem and a political task for which the employment offices need the support of all the participating bodies. Above all, it is important to eliminate the psychological inhibitions, which still exist today in large circles against the taking up of work. Military action means the fair use of all forces without the prestige of the person within the scope of their capacity to perform. It is also the task of the employment agency to provide the women with the necessary information, in spite of domestic constraints, in such a way as to enable them to make use of the special requirements of the present day, even if they are limited in their capacity to work.
