No 191 (Appendix 3) - to certify and issue the certificate to the delivering official; (d) objects subsequently delivered only against a special receipt — Pol. No. 191 (Appendix 3) — to treat the certificate as described above under (a); (e) to keep the storage rooms always in a clean state; (f) to make a presentation of the items stored for more than 2 months, on the basis of which the responsible manager shall arrange for a decision to be taken on the further whereabouts of the goods; (g) to immediately clarify any errors and, if appropriate, to make such a presentation. (c) Return(sale). (1) Objects seized as evidence, but which, after further examination, have been found to be withdrawing for a criminal offence, may, if necessary with the consent of the competent authority, at the request of the Chief of Commissioners against receipt of a certificate, be subject to pol. n° 191 (Appendix 3). which, after the prior deletion of the sentence, is to be treated as described in (b)(a) (aa), shall be handed over to the recipient or to a person entrusted by him who is able to identify himself correctly, provided that (a) the right of ownership is properly established, (b) claims of third parties are not contrary, 6
