Through extensive participation of South Tyrolean experts and artists in the individual working groups, they were at the same time given economic support. Until now, tirol artistry has lived under difficult economic conditions, this group has been provided with funds by the Neichskommissar for the consolidation of German ethnicity and by the Gauleiter des Gaues Tirol-Vorarlberg, in order to enable them to capture the beauties of their homeland in the work of art until their emigration into the Reich. For the time being, these measures could be excluded from other contributions. These (e.g. help from the Reich Chamber of Fine Arts) only come into effect upon the arrival of the artistry in the Reich. The German 2nd School Education. On the basis of the 8th German-Italian agreement on the return of the Reichsdeutscher Schulwesen and the emigration of the Volksdeutscher des Oberetsch, the head of the official German immigration and repatriation office under the supervision of the Neichskommissar in South Tyrol agreed with the Italian Provincial School Director for the purpose of establishing German language teaching: Institution 1. Special courses for German language instruction will be set up for the children of people Germans who will migrate to Germany at the expense of the official German immigration and return office and in agreement with the probincial school head of Bolzano. 2. It is absolutely inadmissible that in this rally, singing and any other kind of teaching take place. To ensure this, the head of the official German immigration and return office will periodically convene the teachers and auxiliary teachers and thus ensure a uniform organization of language teaching. 3. In order that the children cannot interrupt their course and enter the schools of the Empire without difficulty, the Probinzialschulleiter allows these children to continue attending the state schools, and the official German immigration and migration office is advised to the parents to make use of this regulation so that the attendance of the school takes place in a normal way. 4. As in the past, the poor children who attend the state school are provided with books, school materials and school feed. 5. The head of the provincial school undertakes to provide the school rooms required for the courses on weekdays, except Saturdays from 13 to 17 or from 2 to 18 o'clock. Since the greatest possible success in German language teaching must be achieved during the three-year relocation period, the duration of the courses should not depend on the length of the normal school year. It should also be possible, in every agreement with the provincial school manager, to hold the language courses outside the school rooms. 6 The duration of the course shall not exceed 2 hours per group of pupils (class) for each working day with the exception of Saturday.
