85 III. Cultural policy Jm The following are not intended to highlight and discuss basic guidelines and future measures in the field of culture, school and church. Such a task would be premature in some respects and would exceed the scope of this work. Since all these questions are already included in his overall planning by Reichsführer 2, Reichskommisfar for the consolidation of German ethnicity, the following is therefore essentially a report on the work and formation of the former cultural, school and church policies for the members of the South Tyrolean ethnic group and for the people of the new eastern regions. A. Culture=, schul= and church-political measures for the South Tyrolean ethnic group 1. In order to guarantee an appropriate collection and return of German cultural, art and archive assets, as the responsible director of a commission formed for this purpose for the implementation of the German-Italian agreement of 21 December 1971 on the protection of the cultural heritage of the South Tyrol. ==References====External links==*Official website*Official website In accordance with the instructions of the Reichskommissar and with the participation of the responsible cultural-supporting party and state offices in local cooperation with the official German immigration and return office and with reference to the South Tyrolean ethnic group, it carries out the examination, photocopy and return of the German cultural goods. The securing and repatriation of German cultural, art and archive assets is governed by Article 6 de8 of the German-Italian Convention of 21 October 1939. Thereafter, gravestones and tombstones, private collections and archives relating to German culture, objects in the possession of museums and associations, as far as they relate to German Culture, and to the extent that their members or the other competent organ are relocated to the German Reich on the basis of the statutes of the association. Church books and files can be copied or photocopied. From case to case, the taking of the originals can be agreed. This "ideal emigration" of the cultural assets of an entire tribe required more detailed measures. For this reason, it was necessary that all works were arranged according to a particular plan. In this regard, the work was preceded by a work goal: 1. The cultural goods are to be covered in their entirety in order to be transferred as living goods into the new homeland. 2. They have to be scientifically researched and integrated into the cultural goods of the kingdom already covered, taking into account their agricultural and tribal specialities organically. From this point of view, it proved necessary for the Cultural Commission and its working groups to operate in the city, in the village and in the individual farm. The collected property then reaches research communities or individual employees, is sighted and used according to the working methods already proven in the old kingdom. Since the beginning of the year, the following working groups have been established in South Tyrol under the overall management of the Reich's managing director of the Ancestor Heritage: 1. A group of ethnology and folk research.
