VII. Entry into force These regulations enter into force with immediate effect. The resettlement-circuit-care is the jnstrument, by which the life-need of the inseparable, especially the old resettling is permanently secured. While it is the responsibility of the old, incapacitated resettlement to secure the necessities of life of the Umsiedler-Kreisfürsorgung, the care for the accommodation of these people belongs to the NSV., which has to see that these old people are accommodated with their relatives or in old people's homes. For the South Tyrolean Umsiedel is the NSD. this order was given by the letter de8 Reichsführer 4ß, Reichskommissar for the consolidation of German ethnicity, listed under A I 3 above, dated 9 March 1940.
