S9a 62 2. Settlement applications for the annexed eastern regions With regard to the allocation of land for settlement applicants from the Reich region, the Reichsführer issued 45 Reichskommissar für die Festigung deutschen Volkstums, the following order: The ReichsFührer Berlin, 24 November 1939. Reichscommissar for the consolidation of German ethnicity Order 11/V Jch already had in para. 2 of my order 3/V of 30 October 1939 states that in the months of November and December 1939 it will not be expected to be assigned to the new eastern regions, since only a general Uberblik has to be won. Jch expand this order today so that I am assigned to and settled by Reich Germans (i.e. Germans from the Old Reich incl. Ostmark and Sudetengau) in principle only after the end of the war. An earlier indulgence would adversely affect our soldiers on the front, who are not able to take care of themselves. e.g. H. Himmler The Reichsführer Reichskommisfar for the consolidation of Berlin, in Novembèr 1940. During the war, German peasants and settlement applicants cannot be settled in the new eastern regions. An exception to this are only the people's Germans who have returned to the Reich in the course of the resettlement operations from the eastern neighbouring states, whose seduction is irrevocable. After the end of the war, the press and radio publicly call for the notification of the Reichsdeutsche settlement willing. Before this point incoming requests for land allocation are not processed and enjoy no priority.
