179 — 8. Transferrs who are no longer fit for retirement due to age or infirmity and who are accommodated in existing or to be established old-age homes may obtain advances of up to 100 % of the value of the property left behind in the assets referred to in paragraphs 1 to 3. Applications may only be made to the German resettlement trust company m. b. H., Berlin W 8, Mohrenstraße 42/44, one of its branches in Poznan, Leo-Schlageter- Straße 7, or Danzig, Langer Markt 12/13, or the branch of Lißmannstadt, Dietrich- Eckart-Straße 3. The application shall be accompanied by a certificate from the head of the home of old age confirming that the hermit is in the old age home and, furthermore, an affidavit from the resettlement, in which the heritor takes the oath that he has not left behind any debts in his country of origin. 9. Advance payments shall be made independently of any subsidies granted by the municipalities and districts (the Umsiedler-Kreisfürsorgung). Payments already made pursuant to the directives in force so far shall be counted against payments made under these rules. 10. The advance payments made shall be offset by the German resettlement-Treuhand-Gesellschaft m. b. H. against the proceeds of the previous assets left by the resettler in the country of origin as soon as the transfer has taken place. 11. In the event that the application for payment of an advance is made in writing, the applicant shall be accompanied by a written confirmation from the local police authority or from the camp commander confirming his status as a resettlement. 12. If the payment is not to be made to the consignor himself, but to an authorised representative, a written authorisation must be submitted to the consignee. III. Transfer money Migrant workers who prove that they have been admitted to an apartment or a job vacancy receive a transitional allowance, which must be paid once, regardless of the assets left behind in their previous home, at the expense of the German resettlement trust company. The transitional allowance is for single adults 60 RM, married couples living together, 60 Rm, children over 18 years of age living in the household of their parents, 30 RM; children under 18 years living in their parents' household, 15 Rm; adult relatives living together with a resettlement who is the head of the household, 30 rm. 2. If the spouses who do not live permanently separately, who first relocates a part of the part alone (e.g. wife with children) and has received the transitional allowance of 60 RM, the transitional benefit for the later relocated other spouse shall be 30 RM. 3. The transferee who claims the payment of the transfer allowance after having been transferred to a home or to a work permit must submit to the bank or paying agency the certificate of returner and a certificate of the body instructing him to a job permit or a certificate issued by the competent district administration of the NSDAP. 4. The bank or payee must note the payment of the transitional allowance on the returner's card and a copy of the receipt of the returnee, on the defsen Reehrer-No. as well as the documents on the basis of which the registration of the transitional allowance follows, to be noted, with the burden task of the German resettlement trust society m. b.
