Migrants who are no longer fit for retirement due to age or infirmity and who are accommodated in existing or to be set up old-age homes shall receive advances of up to 100 % of the value of the property left behind. Applications may only be made to the German resettlement trust company m. b. H., Berlin W 8, Mohrenstraße 42/44, or its branch in Jnnsbruck, Maria-Therefien-Straße 36, or their branch in Klagenfurt, Gafometerstraße 8. The application shall be accompanied by a certificate from the head of the old-age home confirming that the hermit is in the oldage home, and by an affidavit from the umsiedler, in which the heritor assures in place of oath that he has left no debt in Jtalien. 9. The advance payments shall be made independently of any subsidies granted by the municipalities and districts (Umsiedler-Kreisfürsorgung). 10. The advance payment shall be charged by the Deutsche Umsiedlungs-Treuhand-Gesellschaft m. b. H. to the proceeds of the pre-exploited assets which the resettlement agent has returned to Jtalien as soon as the transfer has taken place. 11. In the event that the application for payment of an advance is made in writing, the applicant shall be accompanied by a written confirmation from the local police authority or from the camp commander confirming the status of resettlement. 12. If payment is to be made not to the debtor but to an authorised representative, a written authorisation must be submitted by the debtor. III. Transferable funds Migrant workers who prove their admission to an apartment or to a job vacancy receive a transitional allowance to be paid to the Deutsche Umfiedlungs-Treuhand-Gesellschaft m. b. H. without regard to the assets left behind in their previous home country. 1. The transitional allowance is for single adults 60 RM, married couples living together, 60 Rm, children over 18 years of age living in the household of their parents, 30 RM; children under 18 years living in their parents' household, 15 Rm; adult relatives living together with a hermit who is the head of the household, 30 rm. 2. If a spouse who does not live permanently separated, who first reclassifies a part alone (e.g. wife with children) and has received the transition allowance of 60 R.M., the transitional allowance for the later resettlement of the other spouse shall be 30 RM. 3.
