However, the Consulate General in Milan must send two special copies of the evidence, one for transmission to the Prefects. IV. Statistics and Cartography In order to have a numerical overview of the progress of the naturalisation action at any time, the number of naturalized persons during the period under review and the total number of people who have been naturalized must be reported to me in 14-day intervals. In order to obtain more detailed information about the naturalisation cases in the context of the overall action, I request to submit index cards according to the corresponding model for the samples of the naturalization cases completed in monthly intervals. I would like to register the need for index cards here in the office. v. The other naturalization authorities of the Reich are informed that until further notice all naturalization applications of the Volksdeutschen from the provinces of Bolzano and Trento will be processed exclusively at the place there. In order to avoid double naturalisation, the naturalisation authorities are at the same time instructed to leave all naturalisation already pending with them. As far as applications for naturalisation are in the future made by these persons from the above-mentioned territory, only the personnel data necessary for the assessment of the applications will be taken up and, with any documents concerning the origin of the applicant, also submitted to the competent authority for further treatment. In addition, I have instructed the naturalization authorities to send a list of all naturalisations of people Germans made by them since 1 January 1938 from the eligible area of Jhrer place according to the appropriate pattern within 8 weeks.
