We will preserve the landscape and local peculiarity and bring all living regional elements to bear.We will also preserve the indestructible unity of the Czech people in our entire homeland.The national as a member of the community we consider minorities abroad. It is also their sacred duty to contribute their part to the development of the nation. People in their homeland and abroad are to maintain and strengthen all the fruitful ties of the cultural people's unity. The raising of the peoples with empty weighings are to the downfall of the population. Therefore it is the task of the state, the public bodies and each individual to take care of the increase in the population number of a healthy nation. It is necessary, by all means, to counteract the damage caused by mortality, to the extent that it can be met by human strength. This is the objective of a practical population policy which will support the number of rich families and enable the creation of new families. A fair distribution of national income will be ensured in such a way that a sufficient proportion of the number of rich families in it will have a sufficient share, in particular by means of an appropriate system of taxation and by regulating the salaries of employees, which takes due account of the numbers of their members of the family.
