1-54 75 2. Release of persons who have been provisionally arrested from the prison of the State Police Department in Pan-scratch. If the person arrested is dismissed after the investigation procedure has been completed, the competent department shall issue a discharge order under A n l a g e 3 in duplicate, signed and stamped by the Head of the department. The release order must be handed over to the official of the home prison of the State Police Department in Bredauer Straße. The release of the detainee takes over the prison of secret state police in Prague-Pankratz. In order to confirm the release, the competent department of the police department shall send a copy of the discharge order via the State Police Department. The discharge order shall be handed over to the detection service, which shall take him to the criminal police personnel files of the person concerned. B. Transfer to the judicial and other authorities. 1. (a) The person arrested, if he or she is still in the department building of the police department at the end of the investigations, must be transferred directly to the district court in Prague-Pankratz.
