Here, spatial planning, which is also supposed to be a national order, means to influence the area of Bohemia and Moravia, the most powerful means of the Lord Reichsprotector according to Article 5 of the Früferererverlässung of 16 March 1939. The externally unpolitical: means of spatial planning offers the possibility of achieving the political objectives. Therefore, spatial planning should be one of the most important tasks for the Reichsprotektor as territorial minister. The implementation of spatial planning, to the extent outlined above, requires that the area to be designed is carefully covered in terms of geographical, economic and cultural aspects, with the aim of managing regional statistics (as opposed to specialist statistics), which must therefore be attached to the General Department of Regional Planning. Furthermore, science can be used in a meaningful way, but its work must be directed towards the practical requirements of the political leadership. The Reichsstelle für Spatschaft (Reichstelle for Spatial Planning) has created in the Reich the instrument of the Reichsar- betsgenschaft für Raumforschung, which it would also be able to use for the Protectorate. In addition, the fruitful activities of the General Department of Spatial Planning depend on the fact that, in order to coordinate all the technical plans, all the projects affecting space are notified to this body. The timely information on the projects planned not only immediately before implementation but also in the future, as well as the organic inventory, is one of the essential conditions for a goal-proof design of the space.
