English Translation
- 4 - I have immediately, upon arrival, declared to the representative of the Employment Office, sitting on the staff of the Mayor Černy, that I am tasked by the Minister of State to carry out the duties of the employer for the ski jumpers and therefore must insist that the workers be handed over to me alone, against the care bodies which I have designated. The party would only have to tell me -when and where the workers are to be placed and I would then take care of the proper position through my organs. Without this practice, an evidence recording of the workers would not be possible, nor would a proper care, payment and provision of the labour force be possible. The representative of the employment office saw this and promised me to have the transport of Brno workers from the north-east Moravian ski area in a school near the Brno Heuptbahnhof. already handed over to the local caregivers designated by me. The transport of approx. 17oo workers were taken over by the representative of the Employment Office of Brno, Mr. Busch. Even before the arrival of the workers, my German section supervisor for Brno, Pg. Neumann, contacted him to clarify the nature of the labourer's occupation. Mr. Busch refused to hand over the labour force to my supervisors and claimed that it had been agreed between Gauleiter Jury and Minister of State Frank that the Brno workers were to be handed over directly to the party. Neumann showed Mr Busch the original decree of the Minister of State, according to which I have to take over the function of the employer and once again demanded the handover
