In addition, three more small troops will be deployed so that the workers can also attend an evening event every 1 4 days. The evening appeals I have ordered in the camps, in which the camp supervisors have informed about the relevant social and labour regulations, have been of success insofar as the Schanzarbeiter now informs about the rights and duties they are entitled to, and is rarely clear. The magazine "Krumpáč" published for the first time in the previous week (twice a week per 500o) has been very vividly welcomed. The magazine particularly likes it because it not only informs the ski jumpers about necessary questions and brings a general overview of the current situation, but above all because it writes in a correct way from the life of the ski jumping workers themselves. Already after the first number of the sheet, a lot of letters were received by the written guidance, in which proposals for the design of the page were made and even contributions were sent. I took up a suggestion to hold a competition for my own ski jump song and announced in the 3rd number of the "Krumpáč" that for the best ski jumper song K 5,000.-, for the second best K 3,000.- and for the third best K 2,000.- will be paid. After choosing the best works I want to print the two best songs in the "krumpač" and let them sing in the Lagërn. In addition, I have provided recording of the songs on records, so that the songs can be played in the cinemas in the ski area before the beginning of the performances.
