a1 Premature possession § 4 of the Expropriation Act provides for the possibility to require the transfer of the property to be expropriated before the execution of the expropriation (Anl.9 u.lo) in cases of urgent need, even before the procedure for expropriating the property is initiated and prior to the issue of the removal notice.
