THE SECRETARY TO THE RUSSIAN PROTECTOR IN THINGS AND IN MORAVA, PRAGUE, inv. 1817, sig. 109-5/45
English Translation
B e r i c h t. Betr.: Privileged Grain Society, Prague. The reports of the Privivilegated Grain Company on the deliveries of rye from the Reich, which are to be reimbursed daily to the Reichsstelle Berlin, are wrongly distributed. According to the existing regulations, the quantity to be reported to Berlin, which is stored daily with the individual commissioners in the Protectorate, would be reported. On the basis of this order, the Commissioners would have to present the consignment notes as proof documents within 3 days of the Privileged Grain Company. This does not happen, but the quantities collected are not communicated according to documents, but without proof on an ordinary card, which then uses the privileged as the basis for the reports to Berlin. Now, after 3 weeks, the first consignment letters of the commissioners have been sent and it has been established that the messages to Berlin were false goods. Incorporated people who objected to these processes have been removed from the department and placed by new forces who lack the professional experience. caec (18.3.1941.)
