On the basis of this order, the Commissioners would have to present the consignment notes as proof documents within 3 days of the Privileged Grain Company. This does not happen, but the quantities collected are not communicated according to documents, but without proof on an ordinary card, which then uses the privileged as the basis for the reports to Berlin. Now, after 3 weeks, the first consignment letters of the commissioners have been sent and it has been established that the messages to Berlin were false goods.
