English Translation

Professor Vietze, who was born in 1902 and is from K.v., is employed until 31 December 1944 and has several pupils, as far as I am taught. I would ask for an understanding that, until a final decision has been taken, both higher education institutes will resume their teaching, namely at the University Institute of Fine Arts, the professors Hönich, Hofmann, Köhler and Vietze, if the extension of the U.K. position of Professor Vietsche is to be applied for and if he has a sufficient number of pupils. UMun Division I Prague, 24 November 1944. I 2 a - 1832/21/44 Original H-Obergruppenführer Minister of State F r a n k submitted with the request for instructions that the above-mentioned institutes may resume their operations on 1 December 1984. It is not to be expected that a clear decision will be made in the foreseeable future, but it is not responsible that the professors, who are partly employed for other purposes, will be forced to leave. They can already teach quietly.
