In order to adapt the administrative districts in the area of the province of Hesse-Nassou to the Reichsdefense districts, I determine: T § From the province Hesse-Nassau the two provinces Kurhesen and NaSsau are formed. § 2 (1) The province of Kurhessen consists of the administrative district Kassel. (3) The office of the President of the Government in Kassel is attached to the Office of the High President in Kassel. The duties of the General Representative of the Supreme President in the State Administration are performed by the General Representatives of the Upper President under the authority of the "President of the government in Kassel". § 3 (1) The province of Nassau consists of the administrative district of Wiesbaden. (2) The head office of the head office is Wiesbaden. (3) The head president of the province of Nassau uses the authority of the government president in Wiesbaden to carry out his state tasks.
