Copy of Rk. 2032 E Decree of the Führer on the performance of the duties and powers of the Supreme President in the administrative districts of Aurich and Osnabrück. To sum up the administrative management in the area of Weser-Ems, I decide: §1 The functions and powers of the President of the Öber in the state administration are delegated to the Reichsstatthalter in Oldenburg and Bremen for the regions of Aurich and Osnabrück, with the exception of the tasks and powers in the field of the Hanover Waterway Directorate, the Water Management Agency for the Weser Region, the State Fisheries Office for the inland waters of the Province of Hanover and the Eichdirektion Hannover. § 2 (1) The Reichsstatthalter in Oldenburg and Bremen makes use of the functions and powers assigned to it by the authorities of the President of the Government in Osnabrück. In this respect, the President is his general representative. (2) The provisions on the supervision of the service and on the authority of the Supreme Reich and Land authorities remain unaffected. §3 The Provincial Association of Hanover remains unchanged for the duration of the war under the leadership of the Chief President in Hanover. §4 (l) This decree enters into force on 1 July 1984. (2) The Reichsminister of the interior shall, if necessary in agreement with the participating Oberstf Reichamte, lay down the legal and administrative provisions necessary to implement and supplement this decree.
