Such a handling would prejudge the decision reserved for the Führer on the management of land policy in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia in the direction that the previously sought fiction that the Land Office is an authority of the Protectorates' Administration and is not connected with the Reichsdeutsche authorities would be dropped.
