On the other hand, the Czech public in broad circles has to be noted for disillusionment and turning to political reality, which results from the general political and military development, which leaves little room for Blackenberg's mystically blurred plans for the future. In addition, it can be seen from a number of signs that the significance of Schwar zenberg as a political factor is in decline. Sybtomatic for this development appears the increasingly evident distancing of the Bohemian Moravian nobility of Schwarzenberg. While Schwarzenberg was regarded as the exponent of his colleagues in previous years, he is already accused of complete failure and misuse of trust from the same circles. Characteristic of Schwarzenberg's assessment is the judgment of his brother, who described him as a fantasy and a fool. Prince František imagines that he can play the role of Napoleon III and in reality has no one behind him on whom he can rely reliably. This almost closed rejection of the person of Schwarzenberg by the nobility is faced with far more positive opinions from circles of politically moderate intelligence and the Catholic rural population still thinking in patriarchal conditions.
