English Translation

In the case of the heads of the abbey, which practically carry out the supervision of the ministers concerned, it is necessary, for the sake of the general standing of the relevant administration, to lay the emphasis on a corresponding external emphasis. The second point to which I would like to draw your attention is the assessment of the activities of those who - as a result of the interpretation of the State Ministry for Bohemia and Moravia - are exercising a retiring look within the sutenome central authorities. As I have already mentioned, their duties are mainly tasks of an administrative nature (see B. Legislature), rather than tasks of the kind which are still in existence in the Länder ministries of the rest of the Reich for medium-term implementation. In this way, the German Ministry of State's direct employment had transferred the tasks of the former authority of the Reichsprotektor to the autonomous administration, so that the autonomous central authorities would by no means be regarded as medium-sized authorities. I would be grateful if this were reported in the interest of those officials who are in the Ministry of State, but in my further prison (chapter 2 of the budget to be provided) and I do not wish to request the establishment of a new budget for my prison noeh for the current year. I should like to ask you, Mr President, Mr Reichsminister, if you would like to make it clear to me that my budget for the accounting year 1984 could enter into force on 1 April 1984.
