The decree of the Minister of Finance, issued by the Minister for Finance, concerning the transfer of budgetary resources to the central authorities, shall be adopted for the authorities subordinated to the Ministry of Finance: Art. I. Distribution of the amounts authorized by budget. (*) With effect from 1 January 1991. On 1 January 1943, the budget appropriations allocated to the Finance Directorates for the expenditure referred to below were transferred from the Financial Directorates so far authorised to the designated authorities listed below (Article II) (Instruction Authorities I. In the future, these authorities will also be able to manage the budget in their own responsibility and avoid the accumulation of cash from the subordinated authorities in the same way as unfounded reductions in the overall balance of the central bank at the Post-Sparkasse.
