39 2 - V. 'Distribution of real estate. The transfer of real property from one management branch to another takes place without remuneration. In the case of the transfer of property from a branch of its own protectorate management to a protectorate undertaking or in reverse, or between two protectorate undertakings, the compensation corresponding to the full value shall be paid. If the value of the property exceeds 1,000.000 K in individual cases, the approval of the Minister of Finance is required. VI. Protectorate buildings. In the area of the Protectorate administration, only the buildings for which the necessary funds are secured in the protectorate estimate may be stirred. The necessary funds may only be used for buildings which can be constructed and which can only be included in the estimates if there are plans, cost calculations and explanations showing the nature of the execution, the cost of the construction measures, any contributions by third parties and the charges or charges which may be envisaged, and if the building sum has been discussed in agreement with the Finance Ministers.
