33 Ministry of Finance Annex to the G.Z. 85.00o/42-I/l. Decree of the Minister of Finance concerning the procedure for rental and purchase contracts and for protectorate buildings. To simplify the procedure when concluding leases and purchase agreements as well as in the treatment of protectorate structures, the Minister for Finance adopts the following principles: I. V Rental and lease contracts. A. The Protectorate's administration may rent or rent real estate /: Land, buildings etc.:/ only in case of necessary needs. The rent or lease interest may not exceed the:' amount appropriate to the local conditions. The Minister of the Protectorate, or the Federal Authorities, shall be entitled to independently conclude leases and leases with a contract period not exceeding the current year of the proposal, if the cover of the expenses is ensured in advance. To conclude contracts with a longer period of the contract, the Minister of Protectorate shall be the Minister for Protectorate.
