Since my Circular of l2.Okto= on l942 - II/7 - 3000 - 1l, the following further simplification decrees have been issued: 1./Decision of the Ministry of Finance of l6 November 1942, G.Z.85,000/42- I/1 on the regulation of the procedure for rental and purchase contracts and for protectorate buildings (Appendix 1 ). 2./Decision of the Ministry of Finance of 23 November 1942, G.Z.92.647 /42 - I/1 on the simplification of the procedure for granting subsidies (Appendix 2 ). 3./Demission of the ministry of finance of 24 November 1942 G. Z.97.200/42 - 1/1 concerning the transfer of budgetary resources to the authorities subordinated to the central=authorities (AppENDIX 3). 4/Execution order issued by the Ministry of Finance at the top 3/ of 30 September 1942, G.Z.97.286/42- P/l to the Finance Directorates of Prague and Brinn (Appendix 4). This understanding is only necessary in the future if the annual rent rate is more than 200,000 K or if the contract fir is concluded for a longer period than lo years.
