English Translation
It is necessary to attach clear organisational plans to all reports, but the officials of the Supreme Audit Authority have not added the result of the reorganisation as an irrefutable fact. If proposals for further simplification can be made, they are not excluded by the fact that the authority of the Reich Protector or the superior service stations has not so far made use of or given its consent. However, it must be said that an authority whose organisation is measured according to peaceful requirements is in origin, in cor at this time all sorts of possible savings are anticipated, e.g. by setting aside not necessarily necessary tasks, greater weighting of the individual beants, reduction of auxiliary staff, simplification in the protocol, registration and so on. On the basis of its experience, the Supreme Audit Authority must, independently of the supervisory authorities, make suggestions for the economical and economic orientation of the administration if it wishes to fulfil the mandates given to it by the law. Here the sentence must not be forgotten: "Critization is easy, bessèr make difficult!". The administrative authorities will therefore always be particularly pleased not only to find faults, but also to receive useful suggestions.
