Subject: Fruit, vegetable and forest fruit seizures for the district tax office Aussig a.d.E. Reference: Additional report request dated 22.4.42. As an annex to my first report of l3:4.42 with a list of the fruit and vegetable seizures in 23 municipalities of the Protectorate. Negotiations with the Gcrtenbauwirtschaftsverband Sudetenland and Silesia have run without results. The two associations place such high counter-requirements that we cannot have any interest in the exchange. The Oberlandrat in Mhr.- Ostrava has therefore withdrawn its suggestion and asked to be supplied by Olomouc and Bizsenz. The fact remains that part of the vegetable attack of the 23 municipalities mentioned in Kundmabur No. 32 of the Bohemian-Mährisches Verband für die Garten- und Weinbauwirtschaft goes to the Sudetengau without consideration. I asked for a decision whether this area allocation to the horticultural association Sudetengau should now be made re-accessible. In certain vegetables, e.g. open-air salad, open-range radishes, celery miv foliage, perhaps also in young carrots k t foliages, N can enter an overproduction with favorable weathering 40/42.4% which would then have to be delivered. As far as the Wehrmacht is not more receptive than in previous years for these species, a dispatch to the Sudetengau and to Dresden, Leipzig is provided for. However, I would like to point out that the sudetenga will bring against the re-deprivation of the 23 municipalities according to the complaint A. b.w. T\Mb- 2004
