The secret state police, which had been newly established in Czechoslovakia since about mid-1935, became aware of the following: Originally, the intention was to raise the secret state Police according to the model of the German secret state policing office; but the basic idea was changed, and a higher border police with the support of representatives developed, which were sent abroad - especially to D e u t s c h l a n d-. In addition, these officials are required to monitor border controls and to evaluate any incidents in political terms and to transmit the news to the Central Bureau in P r a g. The officials have been expelled from the Czech Republic and partly from the military administration. They have been specially trained for their current work and not only work in political matters, but are also used as focal points of active intelligence against the surrounding states. In order to support these officials, special offices have been set up by the Czech Ministry of Defence for the latter purpose in various cities, which are staffed by military personnel. These cities are particularly bordered by the drawing.
