II. Level of performance of German schools. L* To this day, the performance of the German schools of all genres has been greatly affected by the following SN two moments: the lack of teachers, especially the shortage of professionally qualified and politically open-minded teachers, as well as the question of languages, since most of the students hardly master the German language, or only poorly. Nevertheless, the performance of the German school system as a whole is satisfactory. Volksschulwesen has experienced a significant increase in performance, the higher education system still has a certain low level in some places (e.g. König- grätz). The German CGM radi Fachschulwesen in the Protectorate is on a high level due to good old-Austrian tradition, although it cannot yet compete with the excellent Czech souent Fachschulewesen. The training of the schools, especially the specialized schools 1A with the necessary teaching materials, workshop facilities, 0 Lsmost machines and raw materials for the teaching operation, is inhibited by the war economy.
