1 July 1941. St.S. IV N - 3/41. 1. To Herr Rechtsanwalt Dr.Weinmann, Prag HII, 2. VII. 1941 Kampa. Dear party comrade Weinmann! To the letter of 18.v.M. addressed there. to the State Secretary - without any sign regarding the conduct of a training course of the legal experts of the district of Prague I reply that the Herr Reichsprotektor has been concerned with the matter. Mr. Reichsprotektor believes that the present time is not suitable to stimulate the event in question. I would therefore like to propose that the event be postponed to a more favourable time. I am available for an oral discussion of the matter.
