In the present tense fuel supply situation, the reserves of the armaments companies in the allocation of fuel must be taken into account in the coming months, and it is therefore not necessary to avoid reducing the stocks previously planned and sufficient for several weeks to a minimum. In view of the obvious transport situation, it must therefore be calculated that the required quantities of coal cannot be procured in time for the maintenance of these plants and thus even arms companies will, if necessary, be temporarily stopped for a few days. In co-operation with the Industrial Economy/Energy Group, these companies, which cannot be supplied with fuels, will also be immediately closed off from their previous source of energy in order to avoid that instead of coal, energy will now be sourced in an increased amount to maintain the district. In the industrial sector, too, efforts are being made to reduce the self-reduction and self-consumption of coal-producing coals. However, such a reduction can only be achieved if the transport situation makes it possible to transport these additional fuels.
