Consul-General Neuhausen, the general authority of the military commander for the Serbian economy, has declared that there is no concern about the continuation of economic relations between Czechs and Serbs. Although Czech emigrants in Belgrade had undoubtedly worked against the Reich before, Neuhausen believes that this danger is insignificant under today's conditions. The Reichswerke Hermann Göring tried to lay hands on Serbian state-owned enterprises in a way that was described as unpleasant by Consul General Neuhausen in order to secure the long-term demands of the Škoda-Werke and the Brinn weapons mentioned above.
