The Bohemian region is to be covered and supervised by the Reichselectrowerke Berlin, the Moravian region by the Alpine electroworks, thereby achieving an economically advantageous and expandable coop- eration of the coal energy of the Ostrau basin with the water resources of the Alpine region and taking into account the popular and geopolitical situation of Moravia as the border area of the empire.
