H e u r a t h Prague Subject : Reorganisation of electricity supply in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Mähren. Contrary to my own views on the future design of the energy supply in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, which have been communicated by me personally as well as by my representative on several occasions to your responsible representative, these actions have set in a direction which leads me to give you a detailed description of my views on these things directly. In the structure of the electricity supply of Bohemia and Moravia, at least no such changes should occur, which would anticipate the future political development of these spaces. Measures of this kind include the intervention of the central electrical works in Prague as an over-ordered electricity supply company of the Protectorate and measures which would give this electricity supply undertaking a monopoly position not only in technical but also in purely economic terms within the electricity shortage of Moravia. I have never objected to the establishment of a uniformly managed combined economy within Bohemia and Moravia, provided that it takes due account of the spaces bordering on them and their energy economy.
