The powers and responsibilities transferred to the Reichsdefense Komnissars in the rest of the Reich area are, according to the will of the leader in the Protectorate, exclusively to the Imperial Protector, whether or not there is no room for other responsibilities in addition to its abuse. The same applies also to the defense committee provided for in the regulation and the Kriegsawirtschaftss Staff. These institutions are to serve the advice of the Reichsdefense commissioner and are composed of representatives of all the bodies involved in the Reich's defence. The Reichsprotektor has already voted on such a uniform advisory body in the form of its authority, which covers all fields of valorisation, and its affiliated party liaison office with the Reichsprotector. A further summary is guaranteed by the newly formed Central Economic Staff. The establishment of sociable bodies of the Reichsdefense would only lead to a harmful over-organisation. If the regulation further aims at the organizational and spatial unification of the economic administration, this endeavour in the rest of the realm undoubtedly corresponds to a strong need. In the Protectorate, however, the unity of economic administration is already established, since on the part of the Reich, the authority of the Imperial Protector, in the autonomous administration, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour comprises all branches of economic utilization, whereby the unity between the Reich Protector and autonon administration is ensured by numerous personnel cuer connections. The central economic unit mentioned above will close the remaining gap and prove to be an effective means of concentrating the war economy.
