The increase in the overall costs was primarily caused by the maintenance of a newly purchased car, by travel expenses and daily allowances for temporary employees of a Viennese construction cooperative employed in Prague. The car was purchased after a file note submitted to us in agreement with S.S. leader Kurt v. Gottberg. The rents, which represent the exclusive income of the cooperative, have experienced an almost 20 percent decline by the termination of all non-Aryan tenants on 1 October l939.
