The termination of non-Aryan tenants has led to additional work, the management of which is currently a full-time employee, the salary of which amounts to K 4.000.- 3.) The construction projects currently planned to an increased extent require preparatory work for the financing issues, etc. The salary of the persons employed for this purpose is approximately K 5.500.-. 4.) The takeover of the administration of the Prague People's Apartment Association required a work force for which to spend K 2.100.-. 5.) The remainder of the increase in the personnel expenditure of K 14.400.- is caused by the re-employment of accounting and typists as well as an office manager.
