Circular 12/41 3 of those who have left in the disbanded camps and whose owners are not established are collected. The district commanders, camp managers and camp money managers, who are still working in the camp after the children leave, must therefore ensure that lost things do not remain in the warehouse, but are sent immediately to our fund office. Address: KLV-Kammer, Fundamt, P r a g IL., Resselgasse, 9. Each piece must be marked with an attachment note with the following information: a) ',found , b) name of the item, c) warehouse, d) place of discovery (house, room), e) information about presumed owner, f) date of dispatch. Shipment must be notified in writing to our equipment department with the same information. 6. Return of KLV identifications. The blue KLV designations and yellow warehouse approvals issued by us must be collected by the warehouse manager when the warehouse is dissolved and sent back to us with a list. The passports must not be taken home, nor the supplier, etc. 7. Way of service in case of return shipments. Since, despite repeated references to the service route, the camps always contact the dispatchers directly because of the return shipment, it should be noted once again that every return shipment can only be made via us. In the future, the same continuous return, granted by circular letters 1—5/41, paragraph 12, to the old camps of Teplitz, Bistritz and Luhatschowitz, must also be omitted. Thus, these camps also have to report to us the children who are eligible for the return shipment and wait for our orders for the repatriation. If the NSV from the Entsendegauen in turn communicates directly with the camps, it is to be referred to us. The direct return of individual children from the camps has recently led to misunderstandings and annoyance. e The processing of the individual returns on our service station takes place immediately during the HJ inspection. Dismissals from the hospital. Camps that have left children in hospitals after their dissolution bring them to the district commander by name. These in turn contact the hospital and let the date of their release from the hospitals be announced. d e- e d captured and returned together to the home country.
