.16 IV. Enforcement of decisions of the Protectorate and German courts in civil matters in areas governed by the German administration. Since, in view of the economic situation with regard to the occupied territory, we are acting as creditors, because as debtors, this measure is to be taken and it is recommended that the most extensive facilitations be enforced in the mutual enforcement of the execution titles. On this occasion, however, it will be necessary to examine in detail how the question of the enforceability of foreign execution titles is dealt with in the individual countries. Our execution regulations, similar to the Reichs- deutsche Executionordnung, provide for the execution of foreign executing titles after fulfilment of only a few formal conditions. On the other hand, for example, the French code civil subjects foreign execution titles to an in-depth examination, which was almost equivalent to a new trial of the dispute, if this restriction were to remain in force, the mutual enforcement of execution cases would be at our disadvantage. This is an opportunity to state that there has already been an agreement on the enforceability of ebé with Slovakia. This agreement: time to be ratified. On the other hand, we reject in principle the agreement with Hungary, on which we look back to the fact that we still have a large number of unbalanced trade claims in Hungary and, on the other, that their recovery from the legal position is of great difficulty.
