As far as the reference-restricted textile products are concerned, we only draw attention to the fact that their relation to the processing of other non-textile products or to textile products, which, however, is not limited to reference-related goods, is possible against a reference-authority_, the requests for reference-rights are certified by the economic groups and then dealt with by the monitoring body. If the industrial enterprise uses limited textile products in such a way that they are used in its production process, such as filtration canvas, a reference document must be obtained which is followed by the district authorities. Raw materials for the textile products to be exported are, if export can be proved, point-free. The exporter of textile products will therefore not receive any remuneration for the exported textile products in his point account. +
