STATE SECRETARY FOR THE RUSSIAN PROTECTOR IN THINGS AND IN MORAVA, PRAGUE, inv. 1540, sig. 109-4/1294
English Translation
15a To buy up the number of fields between Trebnitz and Dlashkowitz, which he paid with overprices in cash. Here he then set up an extensive fruit plant and nursery, but had all the property registered in the name of his daughter, who was then still a child. l939 then began his economic rise. He first acquired the Jewish business of Robert Flor in Trebnitz by means of an aryanization process, and since then he has been engaged in a grain wholesale trade, whose headquarters have recently been relocated to Raudnitz. T. also founded a coal trade in Trefnitz, which makes him a sensitive competitor to the only German coal trader living there. He was recently able to increase his property by buying it from the Dlashkowitz parish. In addition, T. managed to obtain a large number of trusts in Raudnitz, Schlan, Prague and above all in Chrudim. Until the year l938, T. did not appear in any way in any political relation. He was rather regarded as politically disinterested and had only been interested in business matters. T. should, even today, maintain friendly relations with Czechs and currently still employed Jews. After the connection of the Ostmark, T. received the Reichsbehörde and was included in the A0 of the NSDAP. In 1939 he joined the NSKK, the DAF and the NSRKB.# After an unexamined report here, a house search by the secret state police took place recently at T.. In this case war-managed goods were confiscated to a larger extent. Whether therefore a criminal case was pending against T. could not be determined yet. The investigations are still running. Next completion of the report is unrequested. On the basis of this report I have held a question with the secret state police. \l Eiire bopang 73581 2/75 0
